The domiciliary service is available to anyone who is housebound due to physical disabilities, making it difficult or unsafe to transport them to our practice. In particular, aged-care patients for whom travel to the hospital would pose significant challenges.Our care at home service allows you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on the quality of your care.
We have a dedicated Care at Home Team who will support you every step of the way, from your initial enquiry through to the delivery of your care. They have in-depth knowledge and experience in coordinating and delivering care at home packages and are able to advise you on the most suitable service that we can provide to meet your specific requirements.Our very experienced team take the time to listen to our patients, their families and carers. Each patient is treated as an individual and their treatment plan reflects that. We endeavour to liaise with all concerned when dental treatment is required to ensure our patient receive the best care for them. We also encourage families to be present at appointments helping the patient feel safe.
If you have difficulty getting to our Practice – perhaps you’re disabled, live in a care home, housebound or you suffer from panic attacks or dental anxiety – we have a solution for your dental needs. Our Home visit service is available seven days a week.
